Terms of Service

1. Platform Usage
VenueVerse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our platform for discovering and booking verified event spaces. Any scraping, automated querying, or attempt to bypass security layers is strictly prohibited.
2. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer booking event spaces, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal profile, contact, and guest size information.
- Refrain from hosting prohibited hazardous materials or unlawful gatherings.
- Respect the venue property limits, parking metrics, and check-out timings.
3. Venue Owner Responsibilities
Venue Owners and managers listing space on the platform agree to maintain clean spaces, fulfill bookings according to selected package details, and keep calendar availability fully updated.
4. Booking Terms
Bookings remain in a Pending state until the owner approves them. To guarantee a reservation, the required advance payment must be submitted and verified. Once verified, the booking status transitions to Confirmed.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation rules depend on the timeline before the event date:
- Cancellations > 30 Days before event: Eligible for a 90% refund of the advance amount.
- Cancellations 15-30 Days before event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations < 15 Days before event: No refund of advance amount.
6. Payment Rules
Payments can be submitted online via UPI or made in cash at the venue. All submitted payments undergo audit checks. The customer must upload accurate UTR details and payment screenshots for online transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform name, brand icons, logo marks, layout designs, and source code are the intellectual property of VenueVerse Technologies Private Limited and are protected under Indian and international copyright acts.
8. Fraud Prevention & Account Suspensions
We monitor activity for fraud, including uploading fake transaction screenshots, fake listings, and abusive behaviors. VenueVerse reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately if policy violation is detected.
9. Limitation of Liability
VenueVerse acts as an escrow-cleared booking facilitator. We hold no liability for service delays, food poisoning, equipment failures, or property damage caused directly by hosts, customers, or third-party decorators.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any litigation disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
